Green Management
Developing green management and protecting environment are the major issues that the Group addresses.
We have been implementing systematic and effective activities for many years, diligently and consistently without requiring anything in return, aiming to deliver a green future to our next generation, protect nature and environment, and contribute to social good deeds.
We consider green management and take into account the impacts on environment in every level of the Group activities. Bishrelt Group successfully participates, organizes and funds various continued programs and activities such as:
- “Organic Mongolia Micro-Loan” program supporting “Organic Mongolia” Program, since 2012.
- “Felt products–Design competition” exhibition
- “Green Office” campaign
- “Warm Heart” voluntary blood donation awareness campaign
- “Organic and green products”
- “Autumn Green Days”
- “Mongolian Sustainable Finance Initiative
Furthermore, within the framework of the goals of sustainable development and to make our environment eco-friendly, it has become a tradition for the Group that every employee plants and cares for trees, and we have been working to continuously contribute to the activities against desertification which affects the world, through the programs we are implementing.
Supporting Society, Health, and Vulnerable Groups
Bishrelt Group participates in solving encountering social and population health problems and issues, provides support and assistance, and takes them into consideration.
Bishrelt Group has been implementing systematic programs through activities of its subsidiary-company “Mongol Em Impex Concern” LLC, such as assisting vulnerable families and disabled people providing them necessary medicines and products, and also providing vitamins and other necessary medical products to children in orphanage and women in prison.
In cooperation with the Ministry of Health of Mongolia, the Group has been successfully implementing the “Healthy Liver” Program for 3 years, aiming to reduce liver disease and taking preventive actions. Furthermore, the Group sponsors the Medical Technology Exhibition every year to provide information, aiming to improve the health education about proper use of medicine and medical products.
The Group cooperates in supporting multilateral programs to prepare medicines and medical equipments to be used during disaster situations caused by force majeure.
Supporting Education, Arts, and Sports
Supporting education, arts and sports is significant to preserve Mongolian inherited culture and traditions. We focus more on Olympics, sports and competitions, social education, national unique inherits and culture.
We have been cooperating with the Union of Mongolian Students and Union of Mongolian Pupils for years, aiming to expand our activities to support youth, provide general understandings and information about banking and finance to secondary school students, organize trainings to provide financial education to improve the students’ financial knowledge in cooperation with the Banking and Finance Academy, and organize activities to improve public financial knowledge and accessibility in cooperation with the Public Education and Information Center of Mongol Bank.
Bishrelt Group organizes sport and arts activities every year through its “Tavan Tsagirag” club which is compounded of voluntary members of Bishrelt Group, aiming to motivate emloyees and spend employees’ free-time effectively, and plans to further support teams and athletes for the national and regional competitions, world-cup and Olympics.
